Credit Union (SWECU) was chartered in 1962 by the employees of
Scott & White Hospital and Clinic. The Credit Union is state chartered and
regulated by the Texas Credit Union Department. Deposits are federally insured up to
$100,000 per account by NCUSIF, which is regulated by the National Credit Union
Administration. Scott & White Employees Credit Union, a non-profit financial cooperative, exists to provide loans, deposit accounts, transaction accounts, education, and any other financial service that will improve the quality of lifestyle for its members. Scott & White Employees Credit Union serves all Scott & White Affiliates and persons who live, work, attend school, or worship in and businesses located within Bell County Texas. The Credit Union also serves the family members of current members. |
